When conducting transactions, we assume that the following terms and conditions

Trade
Terms
|
|
The
trade terms used shall be governed by and interpreted by the provisions
of the latest Incoterms.
- FOB
(Free on board):Cost of the vehicle and procedure costs in Japan (in
land transportation, custom clearance and shipping procedures, documentation
e.g.)
- C&F/CFR
(Cost and freight):Cost
of the vehicle, procedure costs in Japan (in land transportation,
custom clearance & shipping procedures, documentation e.g.) and
ocean freight
- CIF (Cost,
Insurance and freight): Cost
of the vehicle, procedure costs in Japan (in land transportation,
custom clearance & shipping procedures, documentation e.g.), ocean
freight and insurance.
Because of
probable accidents conceived, we provide free marine insurance (F.P.A.)
for C&F/CFR quotations upon request.

- Proforma Invoice
- Sales Contract (when needed)
- Commercial Invoice
- Original Bill of Lading
- Marine Insuracne Certificate (CIF)
- Japanese Registration Cancellation
- Translated Registration Cancellation
- Any others necessary to import vehicles (JAAI
inspection, Certificate of Origin, Declarations, Invoice Certificate
and any others issued by the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce & Industry)

General
Terms and Conditions
|
- GlobalAutoSeek LTD is not held liable for an
unforeseeable event and damage after the vehicle is received by the
shipping authority. Although we will put reasonable efforts to avoid
risks, there have been always some risks to transport the vehicle
overseas. The customer must conceive this risk if it cannot be covered
by the insurance.
- The customer must be aware of his/her local
regulations and restrictions to import vehicles. GlobalAutoSeek is
not liable for the negligence for this matter. Customer needs to know
and assure that the vehicle be imported without any violations of
local rules.
- Shipment stipulated shall be subject to the
availability of ship's space.
- In case a customer shall find the vehicle not
to meet the specification and conditions, the customer shall submit
claim in writing to GlobalAutoSeek within one week after the arrival
of the vehicle at the port of destination. The customer must submit
the evidence of claim attributable to the seller.
- Any other problems arising from sales of the
vehicles must be settled and resolved with the reasonable practices
of the industry standards.
- GlobalAutoSeek is not responsible for the natural
and routine deterioration of the parts and accessories.
